Sealed tenders are invited from Registered reputed dealers/firms having TIN/VAT No. and dealing with the sale of sports items for National Sports Meet of  KVS. The sports items required are:-                                

  Track Suits, Shoes, T/Shirts & Shorts, Sando/Shorts, Vest and Shorts for Athletics, stocking, White Shirts & Trousers and Socks.                                                                                                                                   

 The Tender Invitation Notice / Tender documents alongwith details of specifications and other terms and          conditions may be collected on payment @ Rs. 200/- each from the Principal, Kendriya Vidyalaya No. 1,        Jalandhar Cantt. on any working day upto 27.07.2009. The tenders complete in all respects must reach in the  office of Kendriya Vidyalaya No. 1, Jalandhar Cantt only through Registered Post alongwith  earnest money amounting to Rs. 20,000/- in the form of DD payable in favour of Principal, KV No. 1, Jalandhar Cantt upto 2 pm on 28.07.2009.                                                                                                                   

The Tenders will be opened on 29.07.2009 at 03.00 pm in the office of Principal, KV No. 1, Jalandhar Cantt.
